Gerard Esposito began his accounting career with Ernst & Young supervising financial audits, SEC investigations, and due diligence reviews. He held senior financial and operating positions in large and medium sized firms including Morgan Stanley and Sesame Street before establishing his own firm for 16 years.
Jerry specializes in corporate accounting and has served a diversified group of industries including international companies seeking US opportunities, financial services, internet, professional servies, manufacturing, distribution, retail, construction and real estate management.
Jerry is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, as well as being a licensed CPA in New Jersey. He has served on NYSSCPA committees including the Construction Accounting and World Trade Center - Victim Relief and Personal Financial Planning Committees and has lectured at the New School in New York on Business Accounting. He studied business and engineering at Drexel University.
